The Public Works Administration staff supports all departments by providing clerical, accounting, financial, administrative, and management assistance, along with gathering and maintaining the engineering and development records which helps with the day to day contact with the public providing clear and precise information with which to process permits. Utility Billing
Please note that billing for monthly utility services is handled by the Finance Department at 360-403-3421 and not by Public Works Administration staff.

Emergencies
Water and sewer emergencies may include but are not limited to breaks in water mains or service lines, hydrants, and sewer lines, alarms at city utility facilities, plumbing emergencies on your property requiring water shut-off or other services, utility or natural resources code violations such as stealing water from hydrants and discharging wastes to sewer/storm manholes; and re-connection of water service for medical emergencies.
Business Calls
Water or sewer business calls could include: questions and concerns on drinking water quality, wastewater odors, temporary water shut-off, construction projects, and other concerns unrelated to billing.
