The Cemetery Board consists of five members, appointed by the mayor with the consent of the city council. All members reside within the urban growth boundary of Arlington. Board members serve a term of four years.
The board serves as advisory to the mayor and city council with respect to long range planning for the Arlington Cemetery.
Meetings are at least four times a year, and additional meetings may be necessary.
