Ensuring that City facilities are adequately maintained to enhance the condition and preserve the useful life of the buildings, while meeting regulatory mandates such as the Americans With Disabilities Act, and maintaining and using facilities in the safest, most efficient, cost effective manner possible. 

Scope of Work

We are currently maintaining over 70,000 square feet of buildings ranging from garages to the new 18,000 square foot Police Department/City Hall Annex. We provide maintenance and repair and the following services:
