Mission Statement

Ensuring that City facilities are adequately maintained to enhance the condition and preserve the useful life of the buildings, while meeting regulatory mandates such as the Americans With Disabilities Act, and maintaining and using facilities in the safest, most efficient, cost effective manner possible.

Scope of Work

Facilities Maintenance provides maintenance and repair as well as the following:

  • Assisting with planning of new facilities
  • Carpentry
  • Custodial Services
  • Electrical
  • Exterior Building Cleaning
  • Furniture Repair
  • HVAC
  • Inspections
  • Locksmith / Security/ Alarms/ Fire Extinguishers - First Aid Cabinets
  • Meeting and Special Event Set Up
  • Plumbing
  • Roof System Maintenance
  • Snow and Ice Removal
  • Vandalism Repair

Facilities Maintenance is currently maintaining over 70,000 square feet of buildings ranging from garages to the new 18,000 square foot Police Department/City Hall Annex with 1 full time staff member.
