Open Enrollment

Open Enrollment is a time when employees are able to make changes to their health plan elections. 

Open Enrollment for 2026 benefits runs from November 1 - 26, 2025

You only have to complete forms if you are making changes. All forms must be submitted to HR by November 26, 2025. 

If you participate in the Dual Medical Opt Out Program, you must complete a new form and submit proof of other coverage.
