Online Payment of Fees:
- Login to the Citizen Portal using the Apply Online button and navigate to My Dashboard
- Click on Make a Payment and enter the Invoice Number for the permit fees you would like to pay. The Invoice Number can be found by clicking on My Dashboard>My Invoices

We accept payments in the form of check, debit or credit card. There is a 3% surcharge fee for credit card transactions.
