Categories of Requests


  1. City Code Complaints and Violations: Code Enforcement

    • Examples: farm animal violation, illegal dumping, trash/junk, junk vehicles, private property parking/vehicle storage, high grass/vegetation, tree removal violations, private construction violations, zoning violations, blocking sidewalk/alley, sign violations, graffiti issues.

  2. City Public Works and Engineering items: Citizen Portal 

    • Examples: Request for crosswalk/sidewalk, request for street sign, water/sewer/stormwater questions

  3. City Facilities and Street Maintenance: Citizen Portal

    • Examples:  potholes, street sign repair, park maintenance items, sidewalk/trail repair, tree damage and vegetation maintenance items

  4. Police Non-emergency: Citizen Portal

    • Examples: shopping carts, street speed monitoring, street parking issues
