Zoning Code and Development Design Standards & Guidelines

The City's zoning regulations are found in Title 20 of the Arlington Municipal Code. The zoning code (also known as the land-use code) regulates such things as subdivisions, boundary line adjustments, permissible land uses, density and dimensional requirements, streets and sidewalks, parking, signs, and annexations.
