The City of Arlington Development Services Division is responsible for the review, processing, issuance, and inspection of all civil development permits required by state and local codes. We work with citizens, developers, engineers, surveyors, various agencies and city departments to assist in assuring each project moves through the civil development process in the most timely and efficient manner.
