Labyrinth Path

The Labyrinth can be a powerful tool for inner enhancement and development. The purposeful path represents a journey to our own center and back again out into the world. Labyrinths have been used since ancient times and can be found in many cultures.

Walking the path offers a unique space to slow down, still the mind and explore the inner landscape of the soul.

When you enter the labyrinth you can trust yourself to the simple path ahead and begin to slow down. As you walk to the center let it be a time to release the thoughts and feelings preoccupying you. Allow your mind to quiet.

When you reach the center: be still. It is a place of openness and receiving.

As you return along the same path reflect on any insights and connections that may have come to you and begin to integrate new insights and possibilities into your life.

There is no right or wrong way to walk a labyrinth. Use it in whatever way is helpful for you.
