40th Avenue/ 172nd Street Intersection Delays, Night Work

Expect delays at 40th Avenue/ 172nd Street Intersection this week when traveling during the construction hours of 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and between the hours of 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

This week the 40th Avenue Intersection project will have both day-time work and night-time work. Day-time work will be between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and will consist of landscape and median activities. Night-Time work will be between the hours of 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. and entail the closure of one lane in each direction as the contractor completes construction of medians, installation of the traffic signal, and final paving. Please expect delays this week when traveling in this area during the construction hours.
