Community Events

If you would like to schedule a special event in one of our parks or public areas for 30 or more people, please email slopez@arlingtonwa.gov. You will be required to submit a special event application at least 2 weeks prior to the event. There is no charge to schedule a special event.

Ballfields

To schedule the use of a ballfield for practices or games, please call 360-403-3451. Fields are located at Bill Quake Memorial Park, and WE Evans Field. Subject to availability.  Twin Rivers Park is County-owned, call 425-388-6600.

Pop Up Shop Rental 
at TheLab@arlington (Innovation Center)


The City of Arlington is offering a pop-up business location for selected vendors to offer community residents a wider variety of local products and a place for new businesses to introduce products to the market. The pop-up location is the lobby at 404 N. Olympic Avenue, Arlington.

Picnic Shelters

The maximum group size for reservation is 25 people. 
City is not responsible for the sanitation of tables. 
Users need to remove their trash (take it with you) to allow for other users during the day. 

Picnic shelters are first come first serve unless prior reservations are made through the reservation process. There is no fee for the picnic shelters. Two picnic tables are provided in most locations.  Users are expected to sanitize prior to their event and pack out trash after their event. An email confirmation is your proof of reservation.  Picnic shelters are available at: 

Haller Park Picnic Shelter

Legion Park Stage and Gazebo

Stage and Gazebo are not available for small group reservations on Saturdays, June 1 through September 30, park is generally used for public special events.

Hadley Hall is located at the Boys and Girls Club. The capacity is 76 people. Room dimensions are approximately 38 by 30 feet. There are approximately 90 chairs, 12 round tables, and 4 rectangle tables available. The attached kitchen is available to rent at an additional cost. No alcohol, no tobacco.

Stillaguamish Conference Room

Users must agree to abide by City, Health District and State COVID health requirements and sanitization requirements in place at the time of use.

The Stillaguamish Conference Room is located in the City's Public Works Office, the capacity is 63 people. Room dimensions are approximately 38 by 26 feet. There are approximately 55 chairs and training tables for 50 people.
No kitchen is available. No alcohol, no tobacco.

  • Call the Public Works office at 360-403-3526 for information. 
  • Reservations can be for no more than 9 months into the future.
  • Location: 154 Cox Avenue, Arlington, WA 98223
  • Fee: $15 per hour or Flat Rate $75 for over 3 hours, plus tax.

Room available to rent for meetings, training, and gatherings.

Stilly Valley Center

The Stilly Valley Center is a great location for wedding receptions, banquet dinners, etc. The Main Hall is also great for dining and can hold up to 250 people with side rooms included. Evening and weekend room rentals for special events.
