Facility Rental/ Reservation

NOTICE:  Due to COVID-19,  the City has implemented changes in the facility reservation policies, updated below. 

Community Events

If you would like to schedule a special event in one of our parks or public areas for 30 or more people, please call 360-403-3448. You will be required to submit a special event application at least 2 weeks prior to event. There is no charge to schedule a special event.

Picnic Shelters

COVID-19 Restrictions:

Picnic shelter reservations are subject to cancellation depending on COVID-19 recommendations.
Maximum group size for reservation is 25 people. 
Only one reservation is allowed per day. 
City is not responsible for sanitation of tables. 

Picnic shelters are first come first serve, unless prior reservations are made through the reservation process. There is no fee for the picnic shelters. Two picnic tables are provided in most locations.  Users are expected to sanitize prior to their event and pack out trash after their event.  Picnic shelters are available at:

9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
1:30 PM - 4:30 PM
5:00 PM - 8:00 PM
And limited to 1 weekend reservation per month.

Terrace Park picnic shelter:

Stormwater Wetland Park picnic shelter:
Reservations can be made for the following blocks of time:
9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
1:30 PM - 4:30 PM
5:00 PM - 8:00 PM
And limited to 1 weekend reservation per month.

*Note: No restrooms are parking are available at this park.  Use Haller Park parking and restrooms.  Trail to park is from Haller Park parking lot. 


Legion Park: to reserve, call 360-403-3448.  The gazebo is typically not available on Saturdays, due to special events in the park.

Ballfields

To schedule the use of a ballfield for practices or games, please call 360-403-3451. Fields are located at Twin Rivers Park, Bill Quake Memorial Park, and WE Evans Field. Subject to availability.

Community Rooms

The community rooms are non-alcohol, non-tobacco facilities.

Hours: 
8:00 AM to 11:00 PM

Community Room Rate
1 to 3 Hours $15 per hour
or Flat Rate $75 for over 3 hours

Rates with Kitchen at Hadley Hall
1 to 3 hours $20 per hour
Flat Rate $125 for over 3 hours

Hadley Hall at Arlington Boys & Girls Club

COVID-19 Update:  Hadley Hall is not available for community use. It is currently being used for day care.

Hadley Hall is located at the Boys and Girls Club. Room, however the City manages the room. The capacity is 76 people. Room dimensions are approximately 38 by 30 feet. There are approximately 90 chairs, 12 round tables, and 4 rectangle tables available. Attached kitchen is available to rent at an additional cost. Hadley Hall is located at

Stillaguamish Conference Room

COVID-19 Update:  Stillaguamish Room is currently not available for community use.

The Stillaguamish Conference Room is located at the Public Works Office, the capacity is 63 people. Room dimensions are approximately 38 by 26 feet. There are approximately 55 chairs and training tables for 50 people. Call the Public Works office at 360-403-3526 to check availability. No kitchen is available.
