The Arlington Municipal Airport (AWO) is requesting Qualifications from qualified Energy Services Companies (ESCOs) for comprehensive energy management and energy-related capital improvement services to its facilities as authorized under Chapter 39.35A RCW. 

All Qualifications must be submitted to the Airport in sealed envelopes marked, “RFQ for Energy Savings Contract”, with the name and address of the bidder clearly marked. Submittals are due by noon (12:00 pm) on April 7, 2023. The Airport Commission reserves the right to waive irregularities, to accept and/or reject any or all proposals, and to make all decisions in the best interest of the Airport.
